"All Falls Down" is fourth track on Kanye West's debut studio album The College Dropout. It was released as a single on February 24, 2004.

The track features Syleena Johnson on vocals. Johnson was brought in to re-record a sample of Lauryn Hill's "Mystery of Iniquity" after it couldn't be cleared. This version of the song can be heard on the 2003 leak of the album as well as a review copy of the album sent to Entertainment Weekly in early 2004.

Lyrically, All Falls Down is about how materialism is prevalent in many people's lives and how they use it to fill the void of important things they're missing.
